something about ‘quiet quitting’ and all the rest of the last few years that don’t describe anything new.

almost as if we’re making them out to be new issues that must be tackled.

whereas really, it’s smoke and mirrors to avoid facing the fact that these longstanding issues have NOT been tackled. HR have ducked them.

restate basic ‘dealing with people’ principles are all that are needed…
